The holiday season is among us and it is the best time of year when sales are plentiful on great gifts for fitness enthusiasts. This is a time when I get most of my workout equipment.
I have found and listed below products that I use both at home and in the clinic. Whether you are just starting working out or have been for a while, some of these deals are for you.
Resistance Bands
In the clinic we use these fabric resistance bands. They are more comfortable to use as well as on sale on Amazon.
Theraband is a tried and true resistance band company that will benefit anyone trying to start a resistance training program.
Stretch Strap
The strap I use in the clinic and at home is on sale on amazon. It is a great tool to help you stretch following a workout and includes a book on how to stretch. OPTP stretch out strap
TRX
TRX is something I use frequently in the clinic for rehabilitation but it is also a great workout tool. The TRX website is having big sale of 30% for Black Friday. I have a post on these exercises here.
Bowflex Adjustable Dumbbells
I have these dumbbells in my home gym. I prefer these adjustable ones because they are a huge space saver. They also have a large range of weight to adjust to: 5-52.5lbs. These are a major Black Friday sale.
Rogue
Rogue is the company from which we bought most of our bigger home gym equipment. Including our squat rack, barbell, and plates. They are having a big sale on most of the equipment. If you are looking for full gym equipment, this is the top one that I recommend.
Workout Clothing

Lululemon has the “We made too much” sale which has more than 400 items currently on sale.
Nike Black Friday deals have started. 30-60% off is what the website is currently stating. I have already purchased gifts for my kids using this sale!
Under Armour has up to 30% off for Black Friday.
