Products I Use Everyday

I use products everyday like most of you, including protein powder, pre workout, and vitamins. There is also one I use that is not as common.

I have been asked a few times what products I use everyday and how I use them.

I was not paid for this post by these companies.

Protein Powder

Optimum Nutrition Protein powder. I found this powder at Costco a few years ago and it instantly became my favorite. Other protein powders I used were super chalky and did not mix well in the shakes I would make. The powder was not fine enough for me.

Enter Optimum Nutrition. This powder is very fine and mixes great. I even put it in my pancakes and muffins. I prefer the vanilla ice cream flavor (I do not like chocolate) but my family has had the chocolate before and enjoyed it as well.

For my shakes, I will add a scoop of powder, my vitamins, a scoop of peanut butter, and oat milk. I have also added spinach before to get some leafy vegetables in there as well. This is what I have been drinking for breakfast for about 3 years now.

Amazon has different sizes as well instead of the Costco sized bags.

Collagen

I have very thin hair and I noticed last year that the top was thinning more. Others were using collagen for hair, nail, and skin health, so I decided to try them out. After doing some research, I found collagen, liquid collagen in particular, to be very expensive.

But lo and behold, while I was getting my protein powder from Costco, I saw a collagen powder that was not at a crazy price. Vital Proteins collagen powder.

Since starting the collagen about 9 months ago, I have seen a huge difference in the feel and growth of my hair. My hairdresser has even mentioned it to me the last few times I saw her.

The biggest difference I saw, was in the new growth of hair. After 4 months, I looked like I had postpartum hair growth again like I did after my second baby!

I also found this on Amazon for the same price.

Zupoo

This is a new one for me. My husband had someone tell him about this supplement that helps regulate your bowels and get rid of bloating.

Now, ever since I was little and which got worse during and after pregnancy, I have never been regular. Working out and drinking more water did help but if I skipped a day, I was paying the price.

This supplement helped my system very well. I did also notice help with bloating.

I did use it for a week straight and realized quickly that often was not needed. Now, I will only use a bottle once every couple of months because it definitely moves your bowels. My only advice is to stay near a restroom for the first couple of days.

Pre-Workout

I used to think I did not need a pre workout. But my workouts used to only last 30 minutes and that was not enough to make a difference. I was also exhausted by 2pm.

I began using the pre workout Prolific, which has caffeine and I will use when I work out in the mornings. It helps me to not be tired in the afternoons and evenings. It does not completely dissolve in the water but still has a decent taste.

I know everyone has their own favorites for these purposes, but these are mine. If you are currently looking to start one of these then try one. I believe you will not be disappointed. Check out my Linktree here for links to products I use everyday.
